  • When registering on our site for any of our programs, we need to collect some basic data including name, email address, country and city. We also collect info related to your socio economic situation and other specifics in order to make the festival more sustainable. This information will not be shared with any external parties, it will only be used to complete the registration process and to keep mutual and necessary communication active and possible.
  • LouisLou vzw (Upside Down), the organiser of Big City Blues, may gather certain usage information from bigcityblues.be, like the numbers and frequency of visitors to our website. This data is only used on the aggregate and does not include any personally identifying information.
  • Big City Blues will at your request or on your own initiative replenish, rectify or erase any incomplete, inaccurate or outdated personal data linked to your person. You are entitled to, in accordance with applicable law, to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing concerning you and your person. Big City Blues will normally answer your request within one month from receipt of your request, please contact us at bigcityblues@upside-down.be.
  • personal information collected by us will be stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public.
  • Big City Blues do not share your data with any third parties without your additional consent, if not required under applicable law to fulfill legal obligations.

  • if a dispute originates from this website and/or the festival, the Belgian law will be applicable, and all matters will exclusively be treated in Belgian court.
