A festival doesn’t happen just by itself – the Big City Blues crew needs a lot of helping hands during the festival to get everything running.
We’re searching for multiple super volunteers, a creative supporting the media team and plenty of volunteers. Have a look at what suits you best. Any help is welcome!
Supervolunteers – all spots are filled

We are looking for a team of supervolunteers to join us, the main organization team, in the beauty and craziness behind Big City Blues. This means some hard work, but also a lot of fun, inspiration, teamwork and excitement! When off duty, you will have time for dancing, music and joining the festival.
Every supervolunteer will be assigned one big task over the 3 days of the festival, as well as help out during build-up and break-down. The task will either happen throughout the day or during the evenings of the festival. We will divide the task packages before the festival, and make sure that everyone gets to do a job they like. Because the most important thing of course is that you like your work, and that you have a good time during the festival!
You will be involved for around 20 hours spread over 4 days, depending on the workload of your task. Additionally, just like the main organization team, you might be asked to jump in for some other small jobs that come up unexpectedly.
If you would like to join, you need to be available in Ghent from Friday morning March 6th till Monday March 9th evening.

Volunteers
